Qualifications
• B.sc Nursing or M.sc Nurisng – Indian RN (Active license)
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside nursing experience
• Experience in Medical records review is preferable
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities
• Adheres to all coding guidelines as endorsed by AHIMA.
• · Research, analyze, and review documentation in the medical record pertaining to diagnosis at risk for clinical validation and submit rationale for the acceptance or rejection of the reviewed diagnoses.
• In all situations, protect the privacy and confidentiality of patient health and client information, and follow the Standards of Ethical Coding as set forth by AHIMA and adhere to official coding guidelines and compliance practices, standards, and procedures.
