What You'll Do
• Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, lending support where needed.
• Monitor team productivity and wellbeing.
• Ensure efficient processes across all departments.
• Collaborate with senior management to adapt to organizational changes and drive business development.
• Help lead our passionate team to achieve company goals and exceed guest expectations.
