We are looking for a QTVI with a desire to move into a leadership and management role or a current leader and manager who wishes to train as a QTVI with a career ambition to progress to a Vice Principal role. You must possess QTS with induction completed successfully.
You will have a passion for quality and inclusion in education, leading the Surrey team to deliver on these key elements in the Centre of Excellence and across the Dorton College provision.
Some of the key duties include:-
Leadership and management of the Dorton College VI Centre of Excellence team and its day-to-day operations
Work closely with the College Leadership Team to ensure the RSBC and Dorton College’s strategies are delivered to budget
Lead and drive quality improvement in Dorton College and its partnership colleges
Ensure Dorton College meets, and strives to exceed, all quality and inclusion expectations holistically.
To lead and evolve the Quality Committee.
Ensure that Dorton College and its reputation is known to all key, relevant stakeholders including young people, their families, referral sources and commissioning authorities.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Surrey hub.
To support the Ofsted Nominee at times of inspection and be part of the quality meetings at times of inspection.
