• *About the role**

From our roots in the music Student nightlife sector of the UK, FIXR has developed its events technology platform to provide ticketing and event intelligence into a diverse cross section of verticals ranging anywhere from festivals, spectator sports, comedy to country shows, attractions and seasonal events. Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, The Head of Account management will lead FIXR’s global operational and commercial Success teams ensuring the protection and growth of our customer base. They will develop strategies to ensure FIXR Organisers are supported from onboarding through to renewal. They will lead and develop the Account Management team, whilst always looking to make process efficiencies/automations to increase profitability/customer over time. They will also be a key influencer of how the product roadmap evolves to meet the requirements of event organisers through clear and regular communications with our customer base ensuring that we continue to innovate for them.

This is a hybrid role, based in our London office at least 3 days' per week.
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Account Management strategy to drive retention and growth within our organiser customer base.
• Be responsible for returning revenue performance and meeting/exceeding our targets.
• Develop, monitor and act on dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of our renewal base reporting on its performance and health.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide a seamless transition and onboarding.
• Provide strong leadership to the operational and commercial teams globally, setting clear direction and goals as well providing mentorship and coaching to develop their potential.
• Lead from the front and support the team in delivering strategically relevant renewals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address customer requirements and drive value.
• Embrace and be an ambassador of the FIXR culture, creating a highly accountable, performance related team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives. Read more
