Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to join our gaming company based in Mumbai. As an Ad Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling advertising solutions and forging partnerships with brands and agencies. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential advertisers, agencies, and brands in the gaming industry.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of advertising on our gaming platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and revenue growth.
• Negotiate and finalize ad campaigns, including pricing, ad formats, and campaign duration.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in advertising sales, Space selling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising, mobile advertising, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with gaming industry trends, platforms, and target audience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Media,Advertising,Event Management or gaming companies or in the esports industry.
• Understanding of gaming advertising formats, such as in-game ads, sponsored content, and influencer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the Mumbai gaming market and local industry contacts.
