Key Responsibilities
• Develop new sales opportunities through lead generation and personal outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Deliver tailored product demos showcasing value in pre-sales and post-sales conversations.
• Manage Proof of Concept (POC) and onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers post-sale to drive ongoing value, retention, and account growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work toward upselling/cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer challenges and improve satisfaction.
• Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer pain points and align our value proposition accordingly.
• Own monthly revenue forecasting across both new and existing accounts.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of running POCs, closing deals, and managing customer relationships post-sale.
• Experience working with US-based clients; must be comfortable working in the US time zone.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to identify and deliver continuous value.
• Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced startup environments.
