Experience: 2 years Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and talented graphic designer with 2 years of hands-on experience in designing visually compelling graphics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design software, creative, and able to produce design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Thumbnail Design: Design attention-grabbing and optimized thumbnails specifically tailored for YouTube and other video platforms, keeping in mind click-through appeal and platform algorithms.

Graphic Design Creation: Design visual content for digital and print materials, including websites, social media post, banners, logos, advertisements, and more.

Branding: Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency in designs across various media.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce creative assets that support business objectives.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients (internal or external) to understand design needs and deliver final outputs as per client specifications.

Conceptualization: Develop and pitch design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to finalize designs.

Multimedia Design: Create engaging designs for video, animation, and other multimedia projects.

Revisions Updates: Handle feedback and revise designs as needed, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

File Management: Organize and manage design files, maintaining proper records for design iterations and assets.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Image Generation, etc.

Strong portfolio with diverse design samples.

Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video editing and animation (optional but advantageous).

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
