Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) . In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to enhance capabilities through industry best practices, compliance readiness, AI/ML innovations, and thought leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap of Chroma™, supporting global expansion, and contributing to market differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Engineering Design:
• Support enhancement with domain expertise by defining process improvements, best practices, documentation, and training material.
• Contribute across the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• AI Automation:
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to identify and embed HR-specific automation and AI use cases that increase product value and innovation.
• HR Analytics:
• Strengthen HR analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making through enhanced dashboards and insights.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure the product complies with local and international labor laws, data privacy laws (e.g., Personal Data Protection Bill), and related statutory requirements.
• Global Expansion:
• Provide domain inputs to support product localization and adaptability for global markets such as APAC, Middle East, and major HR geographies.
• Sales Growth Enablement:
• Assist in pre-sales activities including client presentations, webinars, product demonstrations, and proposal writing.
• Implementation Delivery:
• Support project delivery and client implementations to ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction.
• Thought Leadership:
• Represent the product and domain expertise through white papers, blogs, research articles, and participation in HR forums.
Required Skills Experience:
• 7 to 10 years of strong domain experience in Human Resources across areas such as Talent Management, Payroll, Compliance, Workforce Planning, Learning, and Performance Management.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, tools, and best practices.
• Exposure to HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) is desirable.
• Experience in HR tech product development or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and data privacy frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations, training, and thought leadership content.
