We are in search for a receptionist/front-office0executive . The job responsibilities are mentioned below:
- Greeting all guests coming to office.
- Maintaining inward register for all couriers/parcels that come into the office
- Coordinating the dispatch for all couriers/parcels that need to be sent out from office.
- Maintaining attendance register.
- Regular admin work relating to office supplies and proving printouts to senior management.
- Forwarding emails to concerned departments.
- Train and Flight ticket booking.
- Other miscellaneous admin related tasks
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate needs to be presentably dressed and should have good communication skills
- Candidate needs to be proficient in reading and writing in English Hindi.
Office Timings: 10am to 6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
