As our Events Executive, you will support the Director of Events to deliver successful conference events, working with clients to plan and organise events that not only meet their expectations but exceed them through your pursuit of service excell
ence.As our Events Executive you will support clients through the planning process, to ensure their events are planned to a very high standard, and ensuring the effective handover of definite events to ensure a bespoke and seamless experi
ence.
As our Events Executive, you will be responsible for effective communication and process to ensure our operations and guest services teams deliver on our promises. You will support this by attending pre-con meetings with clients and operation teams, liaising across departments, and be responsible for the distribution of BEOs for effective handover to our event operations
teams.

To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position in a Hotel environment with Gold Coast market experience highly desirable as is a proven track record of success in large-scale event planning and residential conference organ
