Event Project Manager Internship in Mumbai, Pune (Hybrid)

We are a creative design and execution agency delivering high-end mall activations, luxury art installations, festive decor, and experiential brand activations across India. We’ve worked with brands like Estee Lauder, Hazoorilal, and the Adani Group, and our work has lit up iconic venues like Mumbai Airports, UB City Mall, and Phoenix Mills. Now, we’re looking for an energetic and organized Project Manager Intern who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to gain real-world experience in luxury installations and event execution.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing events and installations.
• Track project timelines, vendor communication, and deliverables.
• Work closely with designers, vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams.
• Attend site visits and support live event executions.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and project status updates.
• Travel to different production locations to ensure smooth project execution.
