As a key HR Operations position, the person will head up the global payroll and benefits operations will manage:

Full Oversight of global payroll operations governance from HR side for Approx 20 international geographies

The role will be to manage the global payroll operations for the organisations employees, and managing a team of 10-12 working across geographies

Providing insight and analysis to stakeholders

Drive the transformation and modernization of the global payroll function by leveraging technology to automate process and reporting.

Working with MA team on various merger and acquisition deals across company and geography

Responsible for planning and execution of payroll to continue to streamline the payroll operations
