About Provisions Food Agency

Provisions is a modern, design-forward food agency based in Toronto. We specialize in offsite culinary experiences that combine thoughtful food, seamless logistics, and elevated presentation. From weddings and private dinners to brand activations and large-scale productions, we bring food to life with care and intention.

We’re seeking an Event Producer to join our growing Event Logistics team. You’ll take confirmed events and turn them into reality—coordinating rentals, staffing, timelines, and all the small details that make big events feel effortless.

Role Overview

As an Event Producer, you’ll manage the planning and execution of small-to-mid-sized events, and support Senior Producers on larger or more complex builds. You’ll be responsible for all pre-event logistics, from confirming vendor orders to creating staff schedules and run sheets.

This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a calm, can-do approach on event day. You’ll act as a key liaison between our kitchen, warehouse, rental partners, and service staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production timelines, run sheets, and checklists for assigned events
Coordinate rentals, staffing, delivery schedules, and service documentation
Serve as the lead contact for vendors and clients during planning
Act as the on-site logistics lead on event day, overseeing setup and strike
Attend internal pre-cons and client calls as required
Collaborate with Sales and Culinary teams to ensure alignment
Maintain internal event records and version control on all files
Support Senior Producers on larger-scale events as needed
Flag any capacity, budget, or production risks early in the planning process
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years in event coordination, production, or hospitality management
Experience leading small to mid-size events from planning to execution
Comfortable managing vendors, timelines, and logistics
Clear communicator with strong writing and organizational skills
Calm under pressure and confident troubleshooting on site
Familiar with Google Drive, and event production tools
Passionate about great food, beautiful service, and intentional experiences
Nice to Have

Experience working with catering or food-driven events
Familiarity with Toronto venues and local rental vendors
Background in production, hospitality, or boutique agency environments
Basic knowledge of culinary workflows and service timing
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
