We're looking for a highly organized, imaginative, and detail-obsessed Event Planner who is ready to take charge of planning, managing, and executing memorable events from corporate galas and luxury weddings to birthday celebrations and brand launches. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Event Planner will collaborate with various vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events.

Duties

Develop and manage event plans from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects align with client objectives.
Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
Create and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
Oversee event marketing strategies to promote events effectively.
Collaborate with hospitality teams to ensure exceptional service during events.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for optimal outcomes.
Knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices within the restaurant and hotel industries.
