About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in AI, Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, and Enterprise SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate will drive B2B technology sales, especially in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, while also tapping into verticals such as Healthcare, NBFC, and Media Entertainment. You should be passionate about emerging technologies, consultative sales, and scaling high-impact AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise B2B Sales
• Develop and execute result-driven B2B sales strategies in AI/ML, SaaS, and Data Analytics domains.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage and expand the customer pipeline, focusing on large IT and BFSI enterprises.
• Deliver product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations to senior stakeholders.

Client Engagement Stakeholder Management
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI/Data Science).
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiations, and proposal creation.
• Provide insights into client pain points and work with tech/product teams to tailor solutions.

Strategic Growth Market Penetration
• Identify new opportunities in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and SaaS-based solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory shifts in the BFSI and IT sectors.

Reporting Collaboration
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track and manage sales performance.
• Present accurate sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and business reports to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, tech conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications

Education Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, enterprise SaaS, or AI/ML solution selling.
• Proven experience selling to or working with the BFSI sector is a strong advantage.

Skills Tools
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and consultative selling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
• Certifications in AI/ML (AWS AI/ML Specialty, Google Cloud AI, NVIDIA Deep Learning).
