eCommerce Customer Service Administrator
Job description
The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to Scope’s eCommerce team and online customers.
Location: Based at Scope’s eCommerce Hub, Westlink business park, Unit 19-20, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX.
Fixed term for 12 months - 35 hours per week.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Flexibility will be required as hours will be worked according to a rota and there will be some evening and weekend work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for key administrative duties, including responding to and resolving customer queries received online, as well as those arising from Scope’s finance and stock management systems.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
Excellent attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams
