Position Type: Full-Time (20 hours per week for each of 2 companies)

About the Role: We are hiring a Director of Promotion, Marketing Inside Sales to lead the creation of marketing and promotional materials that drive sales to both new and existing clients. In this role, you’ll also build and manage an inside sales team, ensuring they have the right tools and messaging to succeed. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who knows how to craft compelling marketing assets that generate interest and fuel sales conversations. In addition to helping attract new clients, you’ll focus on account management—nurturing existing relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and upselling services that add value.

Key Responsibilities:

Create lead generation materials such as brochures, landing page content, social media graphics, ads, and sales presentations
Develop sales support assets including PowerPoint decks, case studies, and promotional packages for the inside sales team
Manage and motivate the inside sales team, providing guidance, tools, and messaging to support their outreach efforts
Oversee client account management, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership to develop and present strategic marketing and promotional plans
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across all materials
Develop creative promotions and marketing activities to drive client acquisition and retention
Ideal Experience Skills:

Proven experience creating marketing and promotional materials (both print and digital)
Strong background in sales support and sales enablement materials
Experience in managing and mentoring inside sales teams
Ability to manage client relationships and recommend additional services confidently
Skilled in PowerPoint and marketing design for client-facing presentations
Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding, design, and messaging
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas to leadership and sales teams

Inside sales team equipped and empowered with the right assets to engage clients
