Roles and Responsibilities
• Project Management:
• Plan, manage, and execute complex digital marketing projects across multiple channels (SEM, paid social, SEO, email, affiliate, influencer, etc.) tailored for eCommerce goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, engineering, creative, analytics, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Campaign Planning Execution:
• Coordinate the launch and optimization of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, etc.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Develop KPIs, monitor metrics, and generate performance reports using data platforms like Looker, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Budget Resource Management:
• Oversee digital marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI.
• Innovation Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for automation, A/B testing, and emerging trends in the eCommerce space to drive conversion and retention.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a project management capacity.
• Strong experience managing digital campaigns in eCommerce environments.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
