The Data Entry Operator for School will be responsible for accurately inputting student information, grades, attendance records, and other data into the schools database system. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Input student information, grades, attendance records, and other data into the schools database system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered
Maintain confidentiality of student records and information
Assist with data clean-up and verification projects as needed
Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent typing skills
