Required Skills and Experience: Overall 6+ years of experience into IT industry. Minimum 4+ years of experience into Data Engineering with Global Business Operations. Knowledge on Data Products and Global Business Operations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues, to derive technical requirements from business needs and problems Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to understand their data needs and ensure the data infrastructure effectively supports their goals. Overseeing project lifecycles, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, best practices, and documentation. Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, including regular status updates and reporting. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Utilizing and managing project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Project Online). Ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources across projects. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience on consulting on products/service capabilities to clients Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Elastic Certified Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Degree in a scientific discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
