Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Technical Lead Full Stack (React/Django) to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications. You'll work hands-on with both frontend and backend technologies while mentoring a remote team and ensuring high standards in performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead full-stack development across React and Django frameworks.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers in best coding practices and design principles.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Drive quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in React for frontend development.
• Strong experience with Django (Python) for backend architecture.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a distributed team and drive project ownership.
