Position: CRM Executive
Preferred: Only Male Candidates
Reporting Manager: CRM Manager
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain and update client information within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Track client interactions, including emails, phone calls, and appointments.
· Generate reports and dashboards for Management, Sales Marketing performance.
· Handle post-sales follow-ups, feedback collection, and resolve basic customer issues or redirect them to the appropriate department.
· Assist in onboarding new clients and providing necessary documentation and information.
· Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection.
· Generate reports on sales activities client feedback.
· Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
· Assist clients with post-sales issues, such as documentation.
· Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve customer satisfaction.
· Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize CRM data and reporting.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for CRM management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate sector.
Required Skills:
· Proficient in using Excel word.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of real estate processes and customer expectations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
