The Opportunity:
UNSW Canberra is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Coordinator – Language Services to contribute to the successful delivery of a significant government education contract. This role is well-suited to individuals who excel in client-oriented environments, possess strong digital literacy, and take pride in producing accurate reports with exceptional attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of services to government clients in line with best practices and deadlines.
Perform a range of administrative tasks including reporting, data management, and client operations.
Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Respond to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative.
Maintain and enhance administrative systems using spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
Contribute to team initiatives and support the coordination of work across stakeholders.

About you:

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business) or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing complex tasks.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially in government or education sectors.

Eligibility:
The successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment checks prior to commencement in this role. The checks that will be undertaken are listed in the Position Description. You will not be required to provide any further documentation or information regarding the checks until directly requested by UNSW.
