Job Purpose
The Conversational Designer – Conversational AI will be responsible for designing natural, engaging, and human-like conversational experiences across AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants at IDFC First Bank. You will craft dialogues, intent flows, and interactions that enhance customer engagement and self-service.
Roles Responsibilities
Conversational UX AI Design
• Design intuitive and user-friendly conversation flows for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Create structured dialogues, intents, and responses that ensure seamless human-AI interactions.
• Define tone, language style, and personality of AI-driven conversations for consistency across platforms.
AI Training Optimization
• Work closely with NLP engineers and AI teams to improve intent recognition and chatbot accuracy.
• Analyze user interactions, drop-off points, and feedback to optimize conversational design.
• Develop guidelines for multi-turn dialogues, contextual memory, and fallback responses.
Collaboration Research
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML teams, and UX Designers to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
• Research best practices in Conversational AI, NLP trends, and user psychology.
• Test and iterate conversational designs based on real-world user interactions.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
