The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department with various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the HR field and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Roles Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing support to managers and employees.
• Update and maintain employee records in HRIS and other systems.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on various HR topics and present findings to HR team.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining HR files.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Working Conditions:
The HR intern will work in an office environment, typically during regular business hours. Some flexibility may be required to attend events or meetings outside of regular business hours.
