Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead status, communications, qualification details, and conversion metrics.
Monitor pipeline activity and performance data to identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Stay informed on PWL’s evolving offerings, investment philosophy, and advisor specializations to confidently represent the firm to prospective clients.

Experience with CRM systems and a disciplined approach to maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect data is an asset.
Genuine curiosity about financial services and a desire to continuously build knowledge and expertise in the industry.
A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
