As we grow, we are looking for a **Catalogue Manager** to enhance product listings, streamline catalogue operations, and ensure an exceptional user experience for our partner brands.
Role Overview:
The Catalogue Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creation and management of Badho’s product catalog. This includes ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all product listings. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Catalog Management:
• Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and adheres to Badho’s standards.
• Implement processes for regular catalog audits and updates.
• Data Enrichment:
• Utilize industry best practices to improve product discoverability and relevance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Business success, Product, Operations to onboard partner brands and manage product data efficiently
• Work closely with designers and content writers to enrich the catalogue with high-quality images and content
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve any platform-related issues impacting the product catalogue
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the product catalog.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to catalog accuracy and completeness.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements in catalogue workflows to ensure faster go-live for new products.
• Create and maintain SOPs for catalogue management and updates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catalog management within the e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in data management tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI-driven catalog enrichment tools.
• Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms and their unique challenges.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in product catalog management.
• Experience working with FMCG, retail, or B2B platforms.
