Credit officer (Post Sanction) We are Hiring for the position of Credit Officer ( Post Sanction) for a MNC Bank. Post - Credit Officer - (Post Sanction) Location- South Delhi Experience - 3 to 6 Years The Job description is as below for your reference: - Preparation, Execution of Fresh and Renewal / Extension Documents of Corporate Loans in line with the Sanction Letter for Fund and Non-Fund based facilities like CC/Overdraft, Operation loan, PCFC, Term Loan, Bank Guarantees, LC's etc. Maintenance and Safekeeping of all Loan and Title Documents under dual custody structure. - MIS preparation (Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Fortnightly) for Branch/HO/RBI reporting. - Preparation of various certificates like Balance Confirmations, Interest and other Miscellaneous Certificates. - Routine system transactions i.e. Loan Disbursement, Repayment, Extension, Monthly Interest entries, Processing Fee and other charges etc. and Registration of Collaterals in system. - Security Charge creation and perfection in CERSAI and MCA portals for all loans including Digital Factoring Loans and maintaining reports of the same for statutory inspections. - Reconciliation of Dummy Accounts and E- Stamp paper stock for audits. - Follow up with corporates for Month-End OD interest servicing and other statutory requirements like UHFCE on Quarterly basis, DP Allocation on the basis of Stock Statements and other such regulatory requirements. - Coordinating with Branch and Concurrent auditors and coordinating with Empaneled Lawyers for TSR and Legal Audits as per RBI guidelines. - Scrutinizing the Loan documents Post Execution, Raising discrepancies and monitoring sanction conditions. - Preparation of SWIFT messages for Cross-Border communications in-case of Bank Guarantees and other Fund based loans Report this listing Augmentedresourcing Pvt.
