The Business Manager is a senior leadership role at FWCSS. The Business Manager oversees finance, administration, human resources, and operational management. They work closely and collaboratively with the Leadership team, which includes the Head of School and the leaders from Early Childhood, the Primary School and College of Teachers, and with the School Council.

Willingness to support the ethos and values of FWCSS is crucial to the success of this role.

Freshwater Creek Steiner School is partnering with Randstad Geelong to recruit for this role.

This is a permanent, ongoing position. The role is part time, working between 24-32 hours per week.
