Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team as Business Development Executives. Candidates with prior experience in software or ERP-related sales are preferred. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and logical thinking abilities. You will receive training on Odoo ERP solutions and be actively involved in the sales process, including client engagement and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand Odoo ERP modules and how they address various business challenges.
Develop a strong understanding of core business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
Identify and qualify potential leads for Odoo ERP solutions.
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge, demo, and presentation skills.
Conduct and support product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals in coordination with the senior sales team.
Communicate professionally with prospects and build relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated on ERP trends, business processes, and evolving client needs.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in software or ERP-related sales is preferred.
Graduate in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language).
Basic understanding of accounting and business workflows.
Logical thinking with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Quick learner with an interest in technology and business applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
