ASPECT Studios is hiring graduates and landscape architects to join its team in London.

The practice

ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia, the UK, and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet. We are seeking to become leaders in regenerative design, going beyond sustainability and harm minimisation, to enhance and repair our natural world and our communities.

London studio

Based in the vibrant and historic Southwark, our growing team is a sociable and inclusive bunch. In our day-to-day we connect and collaborate with ASPECT’s studios across the world including Dubai, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City and our five studios across Australia. With strong ties to our Dubai team in particular, we are busy working on iconic large scale urban and landscape projects – our studio is calm, but our work is fast paced! The role

To deliver on a diverse range of landscape and urban design works, we’re seeking passionate early-career designers, at the Graduate or Landscape Architect level. You’ll be working projects all over the world, so a keen interest in regions such as the Middle East, China, India or Australia will be key.

We’re looking for designers with:
• degree qualification(s) in landscape architecture/urban design, or equivalent (required)
• a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication
• strong production capability, with proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator), AutoCAD and Rhino 3D
• experience using REVIT or Grasshopper are a bonus!
• great communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving
• knowledge of sustainable/nature positive design and construction (highly considered)
• a passion for inclusive design and innovation

We’re looking for people who love what they do.

If you’re a graduate, you’ll bring strong software skills and a desire to take up the learning opportunities around you.

If you’re an LA, you’ll have two to four years’ experience and be able to hit the ground running as you contribute to the design and documentation of landscape or urban design projects.

This role is based in London – we will only accept applications from candidates already based in the UK.
