Qualifications

A relevant teaching qualification in English, Education, or a related field is essential.
Previous experience teaching English in FE is advantageous.
Strong understanding of ESOL preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool in the classroom is desirable.
A passion for literature and language that inspires students to appreciate the subject matter.
