English Language Teache

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational institution. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to students of varying abilities.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and feedback.
Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a sense of belonging.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Qualifications

A relevant teaching qualification in English, Education, or a related field is essential.
Previous experience teaching English in FE is advantageous.
Strong understanding of ESOL preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool in the classroom is desirable.
A passion for literature and language that inspires students to appreciate the subject matter.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
