Full job description
Responsibilities

· Sales

o Identify and track all ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects requiring LRPC HT Strands within the assigned territory.

o Engage with key stakeholders including project developers, EPC contractors, Stressing Agencies, consultants, and procurement teams to generate new business opportunities.

o Excellent understanding of customer’s buying process including hierarchy and decision-making authorities

o Building relationships: Work to build long-term, strategic partnerships with the clients. Develop trust and understand the customer’s needs

o Contact potential customers to showcase company products and services, make cold calls to prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities

o Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and explore cross-selling opportunities.

o Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, conduct price negotiations, and close sales contracts.

· Order Execution and After-Sales Support

o Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

o Provide post-sales support, including resolving delivery-related queries and ensuring proper documentation.

o Conduct site visits, where required, to provide technical support, monitor usage, and strengthen client relationships.

Follow-up with customers and ensure timely payment collection (most critical)

· General Business Requirements

o Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

o Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events

o Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement

o Keeping track of competitor / M=market intelligence

o Maintain accurate customer database and organized record of meeting notes for all customer site visits

o Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
