Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing Jewelbox’s presence across all social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for jewellery and luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content (images, reels, stories, videos, captions).
Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build an online community.
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create seasonal campaigns.
Work with photographers/videographers to produce high-quality product shoots.
Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, jewellery, or luxury sector.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social media platforms.
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Basic photography video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
