Roles and Responsibilities

100% Team Handling Profile Branch responsibilities.
Work closely with the external payment and fin-tech ecosystem to keep abreast of the best-in-class industry solutions. Identify right partners and implement and scale across brands.
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Candidate to manage bouquet of payments services / Managing Payment Gateway and VPA's creation on the Bank Channels / UPI Transactions where Merchant is acquired by the bank
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
For this, we need a person with excellent people skills, sound hard skills and ability to work under deadlines while leading the team and managing the office affairs efficiently.
We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation.
Absolutely responsible for the performance of the Branch.
Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.
Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, FD); Assets. (Home, Auto and other assets) and Fee Products (MF, LI, GI, Gold and other fee products).
You will drive business, manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Minimum 4 to 8 years experience
Driven Attitude Charismatic Leadership Strong Customer Service Skills
Able to motivate and build confidence of team to achieve target
Candidates age limit between 30-40 yrs is preferred and residing in and around the specified location / Region
Technical grounding in performance management, discipline and grievance policies, and time management Understanding of recruitment selection techniques, coaching and individual and team development
Must be aggressive in sales need to have go getter attitude
Should be open for international Travelling in UAE every month
Should be a team player and be a strong link between the clients and creative / Media department
In-depth knowledge of payment gateways, new-age fin-tech solutions and understanding of payment alliances ecosystem
In-depth knowledge about Astro payment and switch payment platform.
Experience in integration with payment gateways and understanding the technical integration details

Salary: ₹80,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
