JOB DESCRIPTION :
Rules and Responsibilities
Counseling:
To take fresh inquiry / counseling of walk-in students for all the countries and coaching when required.
To take walk in inquiries for Student Visa and should be aware of form filling and document collection for student visa process and guiding the clients appropriately by giving all information required.
To look after the whole process of the existing students of all countries of relevant countries till theClient receives the Visa.
Counsel students regarding educational updates such as course and program selection, class scheduling, and career planning.
Counsel individual to overcome their queries related to their process.
Confer with parents or guardians, and administrators to resolve student academic and other problems.
Provide students proper information such as college programs, admission requirement, financial aids and other documents for processing.
Every inquiry should be taken for minimum 15 – 30 mins.
To keep oneself updated on information of all countries like future prospects, hourly wages, cost of living education etc.
To follow the flow of counseling starting with asking question on student and his/her family background to closing as per the structure created.
To ensure that any checklist or forms handed over to client is as per the guidelines and is not apart than what is asked to maintain and provide to clients.
vEnrollments:
To enroll students for Coaching or Consultancy and achieve quarterly targets given by Management
To ensure student payments are done on time for all the countries related to the process, visa filing and coaching.
To keep oneself updated on any offers on enrollment and offer it to students
Need to have skills of cross selling the product.
vFollow up:
Conduct proper follow up of students/clients to be familiar with their latest status.
To convert and convince students/clients for the process and enrollments.
To maintain proper contact with the students and visitor visa clients for updates
Follow up of students for Tuition fees, GIC, consultancy and other process related payments.
Proper follow up with the admin departments for student admission, visa process and Visitor Visa Process
Proper follow up with the faculties regarding walk in students for demo and enrolls students.
Proper follow up of online and telephonic inquires and submit the status of inquiries report within 24 working hours
1st follow up should be done in 2 working days after taking the inquiry, 2nd follow up should be taken in 4 working days after 1st follow up and 3rd follow up should be taken in 15 working days after 2nd follow up. If required the follow up should be taken even before the specified period depending on the status of students/client.
vDocumentation:
Collect documents from students and clients for admission process, visa filing, student Visa Process and for other requirements.
To look after the documentation if its proper and valid for processing for the respective countries.
To help students with legal documentation at the time of visa filing.
Maintaining proper sheets of enrollments, visa filing and follow up of students.
vPost Landing Services (Information Co-ordination):
Post landing services provided to the students such as accommodation arrangement, Bank Account opening.
Study permit extension.
vOther Facilities from GCPL to be informed to Students:
Ensure that Brochures/ Booklets are provided to the students
Other information to be given about classes such as query solving batches, Grammar batch, and speaking batch are also provided to the students for personal attention.
vReports/Trackers:
To update daily walk-in sheet and other relevant sheets and CRM by next day 11:30 am for previous days walk in inquiries with proper remarks of the students/clients whose counselling is done. If on planned or unplanned leave update remarks for the same day before leaving office
Must report on daily and weekly format accordingly.
Ensure to have all the trackers password protected.
vAdditional Responsibilities:
Surf University and other students Visa related websites for updates and proper accurate knowledge regarding all the countries.
Study about programs and admission requirements for personal updates and to share in counseling whenever required.
To be ready to opt for any other work and duties if given any by the management apart from the mentioned above.
Should be able to maintain track of processing team on the responses shared.
Should have good knowledge of basic IELTS/PTE.
Participating actively in all activities be it social, promotional any anything in benefit of company’s promotion and celebrations.
Undertaking project work as decided by the Office Manager, senior Heads or the Director of Indian Operations.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
