Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Design and Sales Trainer for the Interior Industry at NoBroker HR, located in Pune. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sales and design training sessions, developing training materials, and improving existing training programs. Daily tasks include preparing and conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback to sales and design teams. The trainer will also collaborate with team members to identify training needs and establish metrics to evaluate success.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Sales Trainings and Training Development
• Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Relevant experience in interior design or related field is an advantage
• Ability to develop and deliver creative and effective training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Education, or related field is beneficial

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training activities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with HR practices in the manufacturing or packing industry in India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.).
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
• Support HR audits, internal controls, and implementation of HR policies.
• Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and employee welfare activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing, packing, or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

• May require occasional travel to company plants or external events.
