Job Purpose

Ensure that all HR Operations processes are standardized in the organization and all employees have uniform experience.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Single point of contact to manage end to end HR Operational requirements
• Day to day Query Resolution related to HR processes policies through ASH HR ID
• Collaborate with the Shared Services team and the organization's vendors to ensure benefits and services are available and being offered at the highest level of service and value Periodic reviews with respective stakeholders
• Data Management – Ensuring data accuracy standards as per Data ,Reporting norms
• Partnering with circle HR teams to ensure HR services agenda is delivered
• Provide inputs in strategic decision making which impacts circle HR operations
• Handling recruitment activities end to end
