We would be particularly interested in applicants who can demonstrate a track record of implementing TLA strategies with impact, leading changing and innovation and/or have previous experience in mentoring and coaching staff to bring about improvements. You will have a confident and empathic approach and be able to build relationships with colleagues built on trust and credibility, getting the best out of those that you work with.
There will be a requirement to deliver teaching in a curriculum department appropriate to your skills and expertise (1 day a week).
The Advanced Practitioner (QTLI) will work at scale across the organisation, so if you're looking for a new challenge then this is the role for you. If you are passionate about teaching, learning and assessment and want to join an innovative and ambitious team, then take a look and apply!
