Accident Relief Care is hiring for Field Sales Executives Job Title: Field Sales Executive Insurance Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, promoting insurance products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking. Meet prospective customers and explain insurance products and benefits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Conduct regular follow-ups for policy conversion and renewals. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Minimum 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry, Freshers can also apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good customer relationship management skills. Willingness to travel locally for field visits. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of life/general/health insurance products. Lead generation and conversion skills. Relationship building and customer handling. Basic computer and reporting skills.
