Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company.
