The HR Employee Ambassador is a key role within the organization, responsible for maintaining and tracking human resources management data. This includes developing reports for management and outside agencies, as required or requested by law. These reports cover various aspects, such as applicants, applications, turnover, attendance, transfers, and more.

• Provide administrative support for the hiring process"
• Begun processing unemployment compensation requests"
• Train new HR employees on HR systems and processes"
• Work with the Leave of Absence manager to process absence data"

Qualifications:
"
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Additionally, they should have working knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll and employment benefits, record management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
