We Are Hiring A Jr. HR Executive

Experience:

01-03 Years In The HR Department.

Qualification:

BBA/ MBA In HR or Any Graduation With HR Diploma/Certification

Job Role Responsibilities:

1- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

2- Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

3- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.

4- Manage employee attendance, access control, and ID card issuance

5- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.

6- Handle HR correspondence and official communications.

7- Knowledge of ESIC/ PF other Laws will be an added advantage.

8- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

+- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Drafting.

2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. Team Management and Punctuation.

5. Strong Analytical and Reporting skills.

Location:

Masjid Bunder - Mumbai.
