Responsibilities
In this key role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and optimizing ROI by strategically planning and executing regional events and tradeshows covering Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri
You will collaborate closely with the Area Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute field events and marketing strategies alongside the Axis team and channel partner ecosystem
Plan and execute all regional Axis-hosted and non-Axis hosted events
Coordinate planning meetings before and after events, and consistently keep team members informed of updates and findings in a proactive way
Engage with vendors and regularly use event and team management systems
Assist in sourcing vendors and systems as necessary, always aiming to enhance and streamline processes with innovative thinking
Oversee event feedback and metrics, analyze the data, and offer recommendations for future improvements
Ensure inventory accountability for all managed equipment, exhibits, and product shipments or usage, including tracking locations, coordinating internal communications, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
Work within given event budgets, including committed spend, invoice processing, and cost accrual
Monitor and manage the logistics of materials and tasks associated with assigned events
Manage promotional and printed material procurement for events
Provide overall team support as required
Work cross functionally with all departments within the organization

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned events professional to join our expanding field marketing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and optimizing ROI by strategically planning and executing regional events and tradeshows covering Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri.
