Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Drive performance marketing (SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social) and optimize ROI.
Lead content strategy across digital platforms including website, blogs, and email marketing.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
Manage and mentor a small team of marketing associates or interns.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and digital technologies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Proven ability to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and boost engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress.
