Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Consultant to join our team.
This is a 4-month contract role that involves collaborating closely with global teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong reporting abilities, and a good understanding of core HR business processes.
As a Workday HR Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring Core HR processes in Workday to meet business requirements. You will also act as a liaison between HR and HR Tech teams, reviewing and analyzing business needs, and translating them into technical configurations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration, including staffing, foundational data, onboarding, and core HR processes. They will also have strong reporting skills in Workday, with the ability to create reports and use calculated fields.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of worker staffing lifecycle, core HR business processes, and basic knowledge of other modules like recruiting, talent, and security.
Key responsibilities include configuring Core HR processes in Workday, acting as a liaison between HR and HR Tech teams, reviewing and analyzing business needs, and staying current with Workday releases.
You will work closely with various teams, including HR Tech, Product Managers, HR System Process Owners, Business Analysts, and HR stakeholders.
