About the role:As an HR Talent Acquisition Manager at WinZO, you will be working on the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle and implement effective hiring and onboarding strategies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work under tight timeframes.
What You Will Do
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be a part of the entire end to end recruitment and team structuring cycle
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing JDs, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliances What you should have:
• Proven working experience of 3-5 years as HR or TA Manager
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases- Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
