Job Roles Responsibilities
• Proven experience as a Server Administrator or similar role for Windows-based Servers
• Configuration of servers, operating systems administration,
• Server administrators also actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the department.
• Develop, support, and optimize Windows solutions to deliver high-performance
• 24x7 availability.
• Administer Windows Server environments (all versions).
• Scheduled backup of the servers and applications.
• VMware, Hyper V, DNS, DHCP, SFTP, open LDAP management monitoring.
• Compile RCA (root cause analysis) reports on server incidents.
• Must have Knowledge of Firewall and FTP/SFTP.
• Must have knowledge of Installation and configuration.
Education Qualification:
• BE/BTECH/Any Graduate/PG in IT/CS or Equivalent
Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk IT helpdesk best
practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, disaster recovery protocols.
Certification:
• Red hat certified, MCSE
