7.1.3 Analyse, Decide Act on - Trend analysis, Variance analysis, Cause effect analysis, to facilitate solution for problem related to PQCDSM target
achievement. (Weekly/Monthly)
7.1.4 Institutionalize the new supply chain scheduling model (coordination with SIGMA) for production smoothening inventory control
7.2.0 Engg Maintenance management
7.2.1 To monitor (cycle time,cost) maintenance of tools , Fixtures etc.(Daily / Weekly)
