Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser who has strong knowledge of garments, fabrics, fashion trends, and e-commerce/retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product merchandising, coordinating with vendors and production teams, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for apparel and clothing products.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fits, washes, trims, and quality standards.
Analyze fashion trends, market demand, and customer preferences.
Handle product sourcing, costing, sampling, and price negotiations.
Ensure timely production and dispatch of orders as per deadlines.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment planning.
Coordinate with design, buying, warehouse, and e-commerce teams.
Maintain product data, purchase orders, and merchandising reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet company standards.
Manage product listings, catalog coordination, and product launches on various platforms if required.
Resolve vendor or production-related issues efficiently.
Track sales performance and suggest strategies to improve product movement.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of garments, fabrics, textiles, and fashion merchandising.
Understanding of apparel production processes and quality control.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and orders simultaneously.
Knowledge of Excel, inventory management, and merchandising reports.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
